So this year, I have made the commitment to myself to lose 25 lbs. If I can do this, I will officially be in the healthy weight range for my height! And ya, this is a lot, but it is also ONLY 25 lbs. It's not like I need to loose 100 lbs or anything like that. I'm actually really encouraged by this :)
I am really excited to accomplish this reasonable task this year. I have already lost about 20 lbs in the last year and a half and that was with putting in less than perfect effort. I know that if I just get serious, I can make this happen. And I am serious. At this moment, I'm writing this post instead of eating the other half of my delicious rice crispy treat...I'm saving it for tomorrow to practice my self discipline.
So yay me! I'm so excited and optimistic. Here's to the first 5!
